Trade TRC has implemented a transparent refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with our service level, you can request a refund. If an account was funded via debit or credit card, the funds can be refunded to the card. Please contact Trade TRC Customer Support in this case, via any convenient method posted on https://www.TradeTRC.com/contact-us/. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days and replied to in a timely manner. After reviewing the request, it usually takes a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be executed. Please note that any violations of the Trade TRC Customer Agreement, Partner Agreement, or any other legal regulations cannot be subject to a refund request. The same applies to any profits or losses received as a result of your trading activity. This policy can be modified or edited without prior notice.

Bonus Withdrawal Policy

At our company, there are no restrictions on withdrawals—clients can withdraw their own funds at any time. However, if your account is trading with a company-issued bonus, please note the following: For accounts with a balance of less than $1,000, withdrawals are not allowed until the required trading volume is completed. Traders must complete the specified volume before withdrawing any funds tied to a bonus. Trading high volumes just to meet withdrawal conditions is not recommended, as it may negatively impact your account performance. Our bonus system is designed to enhance your trading experience—not to encourage excessive risk. Always trade responsibly.
